We hope you are satisfied with every Kettle Care purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement. See below for details.
Returns at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We recommend returning the product to the store if possible in order to avoid return shipping fees. However, if the store cannot accept your return, you may return the product directly to Kettlecare.com via the return process below.
Returns to Kettlecare.com
If you purchased the product from kettlecare.com or from a retail store:
- You may return it by mail for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt.
- After 60 days, or without a receipt, you may return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value.
We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for Kettlecare.com Featured Specials, Outlet items, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. Kettle Care reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Kettle Care reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS Priority Mail. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 60 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Damaged Items or Our Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at our Consumer Care hotline … Our Consumer Care hotline and email is available Monday - Friday 9 AM – 4 PM MST, Toll Free 888-556-2316, or email us any time at email@example.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If you're returning the product because we made an error, please call our Consumer Care hotline at 888-556-2316. Our Consumer Care hotline and email is available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM MST, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll promptly schedule return arrangements with you.
Shipping Options & Prices
Your Shipping Cost will be determined by product weight and the Ship To ZIPCODE. This amount will be displayed at the order checkout page and added to your order’s total cost.

You will receive an email confirmation that your package has been shipped with tracking information.
- UPS Ground

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
If we experience higher order volume, or you have a custom scented order, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. Second day shipping time is based on the day we download the order, or you call us with your request. Please make sure to allow for a two-day processing time when placing your order.
Kettlecare.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method.

Tracking your Shipment
