Widely used as a domestic seasoning, lemon is high in vitamins A, B and C. It is used for circulation disorders such as obesity, poor circulation, and cellulitis. Lime peel essential oil is phototoxic and should not be used in large concentration in the sunlight. Lime that is steam distilled is not photo toxic.
