Cedarwood was used by the North American Indians for respiratory infections. It is an excellent insect and vermin repellent (see our Herbal Bugless Oil). Externally, the oil is non-toxic to all but sensitive individuals. It is a powerful abortifacient when taken orally, avoid during pregnancy. Cosmetically, it is used for Acne, dandruff, eczema, greasy hair, oily skin and psoriasis, as well as for pain relief of arthritis and rheumatism.
