Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale deeply on regular intervals. Or put 5 drops Calming into 1 teaspoon of vegetable or nut oil, and massage. Camomile is used for soothing nerves, migraine headaches, insomnia and acne. Clary Sage is ued for depression, nerves and as a sedative. Lavender is known for calming relaxation. Rose is reputed to give relief for anxiety, depression and menopausal problems.
