Essential Oils
Essential Oils enter and leave the body with great efficiency, and leave no toxins behind. External application or inhalation is the most effective entry point for essential oils. Compresses, lotions, baths, hair rinses are most effective because the oils do not have to come in contact with the digestive system and become altered by their chemistry.
Essential Oils are the pure, aromatic oils derived from plants, and have therapeutic qualities. They are extracted with steam, cold pressed or, if solvent extracted, are known as absolutes.
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for perfume, healing, psychic awareness, prayer and as medicine. Research your oil properties before use, or ask a qualified practitioner.
